IES, INC. ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF JGAR LAB SERVICES
Industrial Electronics Services, Inc. (IES), a Tennessee based electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, announces the purchase of certain services business assets and operations of JGAR Lab Services (JGAR). The addition of this business will allow IES to offer its existing customers new service options and grow its presence in the electronic product and parts lab service market. JGAR's experience in test for qualification of new designs in industrial electronic products and analysis of defects in components, materials and electronic and mechanical assemblies will be a great addition to IES's existing service offerings.
JGAR Lab Services will be relocated into IES's existing ISO 9001:2008 & TUV certified and ITAR registered facilities. Customers will be seamlessly transitioned to IES's Quality Management and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems in the coming months. Moving forward, the name of JGAR Lab Services will be retained and will operate within the IES business organization. (www.jgarlabs.com)

We are now a Certified Areva Supplier
Industrial Electronic Services, Inc. was recently awarded “Certified Supplier” status by the AREVA Group. The award was presented June 4, 2009 by AREVA CEO, Anne Lauvergeon during a Key Supplier Ceremony at the Willard InterContinental Washington Hotel in Washington, DC.

On October 17, 2008, IES, Inc. was awarded Siemens Certified Supplier status. This listing is used by other Siemens divisions for potential sourcing opportunities and supplier selection worldwide. IES, Inc. is one of the few contract manufacturers that are honored as a Siemens Certified Supplier, a privilege they only give to their very best suppliers.
